At T.R. Orr, Inc., we are proud to be a cornerstone of development in Northwest Arizona and Southern Nevada. Since 1982, we have shaped the skyline of our region by delivering over 900 diverse projects, including banks, medical centers, schools, and major infrastructure like the Grand Canyon West Air Terminal. Whether it's a new commercial build or a critical facility upgrade, we bring a unique blend of local knowledge and institutional construction capabilities to every job. Safety is the number one priority at T.R. Orr, Inc. Our management team is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that safety is a priority in our project planning.

Our focus on safety issues is directly reflected in our workers’ compensation Experience Modification Factor, which is currently .77. We are proud to say we have not had a lost time accident since 2004.

We constantly strive to work with our employees, subcontractors, OSHA, MSHA and our workers’ compensation carrier to maintain a safe working environment, keeping both accidents and insurance costs to a minimum.
